These guys are so professional. They were quick to respond and come by for an assessment. They were super courteous when they arrived, bringing their own drop clothes and being super respectful of my home (and my cat). They were patient with explaining the problem and why they weren't able to repair it right away. (My fireplace is over 30 years old and needed a special part). They sourced the part quickly and were back to install it within a few days. They arrive within minutes of when they said they would and were in an out without disrupting my day. Highly recommend.

Awesome super fast polite service. I used Yelp to find a company "near me". Provan responded with a quote in minutes. Telephone call to schedule. I sent pics of hot water tank, and they brought a new one. Replaced water tank and fixed furnace that stopped working. The furnace stopping probably saved a big disaster if the water tank had leaked any more than the small puddle. All done and gone under 3 hours.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Provan Heating and cooling. My gas fireplaces never really worked properly since they were installed. Provan fixed them up, better than new. Sia was very prompt, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Provan!
